Yes. All Master Engraving orders show up in your My Account / Orders page, and we email you to notify you if your order is on hold, being processed, or has been shipped.
If you selected trackable shipping, we’ll email you a tracking number and link when your cards have been shipped. You can use this to keep a close eye on your order in transit.
There are two ways to order products from Master Engraving.
- Order Online via our ‘Trophy Shop’ from a selection of pre fabricated off-the-shelf products.
- Contact Us directly if you wish to place a custom fabrication order for Awards, Trophies, Signs, Nameplates, Labels, Tags or Name Badges:
You can have access to your order history, including products, artwork and invoices. Which is very handy if you have monthly or annual presentations and want to easily reference what you’ve ordered before.
You also get access to our proof templates that have the details and dimensions of your award or plaque. This is very useful if you would prefer to have your own graphic designer provide the layout to us.

- Click ‘My password’
- Enter the email address you used for the order and the code and click ‘Submit’.
- Another email will be sent to you with instructions to activate your account.
