Graphics and text designs  are best submitted as vector based PDFs. This will ensure your lines and text are nice and crisp. If you upload bitmap-based content (JPEGs or PNGs), there may be some fuzziness around your text.

You should also make sure that there are no cut or crop lines, all transparencies have been flattened, overprint is switched off and any fonts used are embedded, before saving your designs. For best results, we recommend using the following preset to preflight your designs: Adobe PDF/X-1a:2001.

If you are uploading photography or non-vector artwork (e.g. JPEGs), please make sure they are no less than 96dpi (ideally at 300dpi). If your designs are a mix of photography and design, make sure the embedded photographs used are above the recommended pixel sizes.

Remember large, high-quality JPEGs will produce the best results for photography.

Yes. All Master Engraving orders show up in your My Account / Orders page, and we email you to notify you  if your order is on hold, being processed, or has been shipped.

If you selected trackable shipping, we’ll email you a tracking number and link when your cards have been shipped. You can use this to keep a close eye on your order in transit.

Yes. Collection is available from 17/93 Rivergate Place.

When you order a product from our online Trophy Shop, you can select “Free Local Pickup” from the shipping options prior to checkout.

Yes. If your organisation has security protocols for delivery, please provide contact details of your security or reception personnel, so we can notify you upon despatch.

If you need the goods delivered to a convention centre, hotel or exhibition hall, please provide the name and address of the venue, as well as a contact person that will be on site during business hours to receive your goods.

We can send to every location in Australia and have provided a schedule of transit times from despatch to your destination. All goods are sent from our Brisbane workshop.

If you require more consultation and customised service, we are certainly happy to assist. In this instance, we price our domestic freight at Couriers Please standard rates plus a small packaging fee.

Yes, we will always strive to meet your deadlines but will need to consider the best option of delivery depending on your location and delivery time.

We can send through Express Post, Couriers Please, Fastways, TNT or Australian Air Express. Sometimes this is only a small extra fee.

We will need to know your full order quantity, delivery location and ‘to your door’ deadline to provide a specific quote for your requirements.

Alternatively we can send ‘freight on’ via your own freight company; simply provide your account number and their contact details with your order.

To ensure we meet your tight deadline please call us on 1800 812 691 for a quote on your urgent freight requirements. If your enquiry is out of office hours contact us and we will be in touch with you the morning of the following business day.

By default, we do ship whole orders together. If there are any delays or some products take longer to print or engrave, we might split it up (but we’ll keep it to a minimum). If it’s because of our own production scheduling that any orders have split shipping, no extra shipping fees applied.

However, we can split orders and send to various locations on your behalf. Our production team ensure strict quality control to send your goods to the different locations you require. Please contact us in advance for a quote if you require multiple-destination shipping.

We’ve had reports of slow deliveries to certain places in Australia. If you’re concerned we always recommend contacting us to discuss a more expedited, trackable shipping method to ensure timely delivery.

Yes, all your awards, trophies and plaques are priced inclusive of laser engraving.

No, as long as you meet our artwork requirements there is no additional costs other than your online price.

If you’ve already created your files, take a quick look at these guidelines before you place your order. It might save you time – and should help ensure your artwork is in the best possible format for your award, trophy or plaque.

  1. Where possible designs featuring graphics or text should be submitted as vector based PDFs. To keep your text in vector format, we recommend applications like Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and more recent versions of Adobe Photoshop. Please note, saving text in JPEG format could result in ‘fuzzy’ edges.
  2. When your design features a mix of photography and text, make sure your placed photographs are 300 dpi, and where possible that your final design is saved as a PDF.
  3. Make sure you pre-flight your PDFs using the ‘Adobe PDF/X-1a:2001’ preset. This option can be found in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and more recent versions of Adobe Photoshop.

We provide two main options for payment. Pay Now or Pay Later.

Pay Now payments may be made using Stripe, Visa or Mastercard. After confirming your order through the checkout process you will receive an immediate payment confirmation and your order commenced.

Pay Later payments allow you to pay via direct credit, cheque, Stripe, Visa or Mastercard after you have confirmed your order.

If you require urgent shipping we will provide you with a quote first. Costs will depend on location and urgency of delivery. Upon your acceptance, an invoice from our accounts department will be issued with any additional costs. Your order will be processed after payment confirmation has been received.

Rarely unforeseen circumstances arise with material suppliers where production delays may occur beyond estimated production times. Should this occur, we will work closely with you to ensure an acceptable solution can be provided.

You can have access to your order history, including products, artwork and invoices. Which is very handy if you have monthly or annual presentations and want to easily reference what you’ve ordered before.

You also get access to our proof templates that have the details and dimensions of your award or plaque. This is very useful if you would prefer to have your own graphic designer provide the layout to us.

Our artwork options include Laser Engraving, Full Colour UV Printing, Vinyl Colour and Sandblasting.

Things to check:
Set-up fees, colour or customisation options, any additional engraving or proofing fees, credit card fees, delivery charges or admin fees… just to name a few… things that we do not charge for. Materials are the other factor: sometimes photos and descriptions don’t tell the true story –  brushed silver plate does not mean stainless steel.

So if you’re comparing how we stack up – simply submit our competitor’s written quote (email, DOC or PDF) and you’ll get the best product for the best price, guaranteed.

If you picked trackable shipping, your local delivery agent may require a signature. If you work during the day, it’s best to have your order delivered to your work address to avoid any problems.

Sometimes, out of our control, our emails may have gone to your junk email box or were blocked.
Your order has still been received.
To check your order status, simply follow these instructions and you will then be able to retrieve your order details and invoice.

If you can’t get files from your marketing department or printer that meet our artwork requirements then we can provide graphic design services at a small fee to bring your logo or artwork up to speed. We’ll quote based on what you provide but don’t worry, we won’t break the bank.

All your artwork and text is full colour printed with digital LED UV print technology to high resolution quality. All quantity pricing includes any changing text and any identical artwork size.

Bold colours, subtle contrast or photographic imagery can be digitally printed to CMYK specifications on nearly any flat material you can think of. With the ability to print white and clear as well, our options for creating a unique brand identity is exciting.

Our artwork setup and proofing service is included in the price. All we need is your artwork in vector format and emailed instructions and we do the rest. This is the best artwork option when you have graphics, fine colour logos or colour gradients. Visit our UV Printing page for more info.

Your price includes one surface full colour printed, so if you would like other material elements laser engraved or printed, see our combination pricing or if you really want to mix it up contact us for a price.

All your text is precision laser engraved with additional logo artwork in sign vinyl colours. Your price includes up to two colours, so contact us for a price if your corporate branding requires more. All quantity pricing includes any changing text and any identical artwork size.

This is the best option when you want to highlight your logo in spot colour and have all the other presentation text laser engraved. Most corporate PMS colours can be closely matched with our wide range of sign vinyl colours and applied directly onto your product.

Your price includes one surface laser engraved (front or back) with your logo in vinyl colour, so if you would like to have additional artwork on the opposite side, such as an engraved watermark or along edges for enhanced branding please contact us for a price.

You get the combination of our best artwork technologies to provide you a dynamic and uniquely branded award, trophy or plaque. All quantity pricing includes any changing text and any identical artwork size.

When you have two various elements to highlight or one of them is not flat enough for digital printing, we can utilise both artwork options into one seamless product.

We can laser engrave logos, presentation text, winners names or any other grayscale artwork on all our trophy, award and plaque materials and render bold colours, subtle contrast or photographic imagery digitally printed to CMYK specifications on any flat material of your award.

With the ability to print white and clear as well, our options for creating a unique brand identity is exciting.

We can laser engrave logos, presentation text, winners names or any other grayscale artwork on all our trophy, award and plaque materials such as metals, timber, crystal, glass, acrylic, plastics and stone with our state-of-the-art laser technology.

Our artwork setup and proofing service is included in the price. All we need is your artwork in vector format and emailed instructions and we do the rest. This is the most affordable artwork option for your product.

When you want the traditional technique of sandblasting on glass, crystal or stone, we can provide for you. This is a labour intensive process so each quote is price on application.

Sandblasting involves masking out the whole item and applying a resist layer that we then laser engrave to your artwork. Then we use high pressure sand blasting in a sealed chamber to etch a depth into the material for a clean frosted finish. While the resist layer is still applied we can paint fill for added colour.

All our glass and crystal awards can be sandblasted, so contact us with your artwork and text requirements for a quote.

Our free setup, proofing and engraving offer means for quality artwork, there are no additional costs and however long it takes to ensure your proof is right. Also, we do not restrict you to a ‘line limit’ on your presentation so you can be as concise or extravagant with your words as you like. Your unlimited engraving, unmatched by our competitors, applies to each item of your initial order.

All awards, Trophies and plaques have free ‘inclusive artwork’ which means any logo or design that is laser or computer engraved has no additional fee. We do however charge for extra colour options such as vinyl colour, decals, digital or screen printing.

We deliver anywhere in Australia. Our standard deliveries are sent with Couriers Please or Australia Post. All goods are dispatched from our Brisbane workshop. Here is a schedule of transit times from despatch to your destination.

 

If your location is in a rural area and not identified, you can download a complete list of post codes here with all zones for delivery times as illustrated above.

We can also provide International Delivery. This feature is not currently available in our online shop but can be arranged by contacting us.

Prior to despatch, we can arrange a quote based on final weight and dimensions of your order, for our freight forwarder to calculate shipping to your location. We use Pack & Send unless you wish to use your own freight carrier. Please provide your account details and shipping method required and we can make all arrangements for you.

Some customers choosing trackable delivery will receive text messages from the courier when their item is out for delivery. Whilst this option is not yet available for all customers, everyone ordering a physical product from Master Engraving will receive a dispatch email when your order leaves our premises.
