Guarantees
The ‘100% Satisfaction Guarantee’ offered by Master Engraving means that for any product provided that is not deemed suitable for presentation to its intended recipient by the original purchaser of the goods can have either; a) the product or products replaced, repaired or ammended to the satisfaction of the orginal purchaser, or b) a full refund of the costs for the product or products in question provided to the original purchaser, within a 30 day period from the date of sale of the product or products, and upon return of the products.
If requests for a claim of the ‘100% Satisfaction Guarantee’ is undertaken, all signed or authorised proofs from customers, being of electronic or physical format, of product details, designs specification, layouts or spelling, deemed as an agreement from the customer for the product will be considered.
The ‘Best Price Guarantee’, offered by Master Engraving means that for any identical product; [constituting of, a) the same physical properties being materials, size, dimensions, b) the same decoration techniques used being laser engraving, computer engraving, digital printing, screen printing, sublimation, sand blasting or the like, c) the same preproduction and production process used being design, set-up, proofing, assembly, packaging and freight and, d) any additional administrative charges that may apply being set-up, proofing, freight, invoicing or financing charges], that are quoted in sum total by a competitor for a non-affiliated genuine customer, where upon a written quote has been provided for comparison, Master Engraving will provide a sum total price less than that of the competitor. This guarantee applies only to competitors where the business of all the aforementioned activities are conducted in Australia.
Relationship
No agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer, franchisor-franchisee or other similar relationship is intended to be or is created by your use of this website or other services provided by Master Engraving.
