We’ve got a range of options for delivery, but free delivery isn’t something we offer. You can generate a quote in seconds prior to checkout.

We offer Free Local Pickup from 17/93 Rivergate Place.

Yes, we will always strive to meet your deadlines but will need to consider the best option of delivery depending on your location and delivery time.

We can send through Express Post, Couriers Please, Fastways, TNT or Australian Air Express. Sometimes this is only a small extra fee.

We will need to know your full order quantity, delivery location and ‘to your door’ deadline to provide a specific quote for your requirements.

Alternatively we can send ‘freight on’ via your own freight company; simply provide your account number and their contact details with your order.

To ensure we meet your tight deadline please call us on 1800 812 691 for a quote on your urgent freight requirements. If your enquiry is out of office hours contact us and we will be in touch with you the morning of the following business day.

For all orders placed and paid online, we provide a standard $17.95 shipping fee across Australia.

If you require more consultation and customised service, we are certainly happy to assist. In this instance, we price our domestic freight at Couriers Please standard rates plus a small packaging fee.

It depends on exactly what you’ve ordered and which production time options you have selected. We’ll provide you final pricing when we know your exact order, so if you’d like to get a quote in advance, please contact us.

Absolutely! Please let us know a few details that are guiding your buying decision such as your deadline, location, quantity, budget and prefered style or material and we’ll send you some options for review.

No, as long as you meet our artwork requirements there is no additional costs other than your online price.

Yes, all your awards, trophies and plaques are priced inclusive of laser engraving.

Yes, we are committed to providing you with the most competitive and transparent pricing for large quantity orders. As you select size and artwork options or any other product variable your bulk pricing table will be displayed.

We guarantee to beat the quoted price on any identical product offered by our competitors – this applies to products we source from the same importers and on items competitors have imitated from us.

To do this, we do require a detailed quote to ensure we’re comparing apples with apples 🙂 Please be aware of the following and we’ll ensure we not only beat their price but do it happily and promise to make your order with us a joy as well!

Things to check:
Set-up fees, colour or customisation options, any additional engraving or proofing fees, credit card fees, delivery charges or admin fees… just to name a few… things that we do not charge for. Materials are the other factor: sometimes photos and descriptions don’t tell the true story –  brushed silver plate does not mean stainless steel.
